Rhonda Howard - Lead Pastor
Rhonda co-founded TLC and is Lead Pastor with 45 years of experience in ministry. She has a strong relational gifting and a God-given grace as a bridge builder to interlock generations for the purpose of serving Christ and reaching out to the community. Her no-nonsense and doctrinally-sound teaching stirs to the core and refreshes in a real and relevant way. Rhonda's passion is to create an atmosphere of worship that touches the heart of God and moves all to experience and know Jesus Christ personally. She is engaged in the forefront of raising up revivalists who believe in this generation and holds an unquenchable desire to pursue God with everything. Rhonda's greatest love is the Lord, second is her family - son Jared and his wife Courtney and their daughters Hazel and Rainy, and daughter Sarah and her husband Nick Rabenhorst.
Brendon Lee - Assistant Pastor
Heather Loving - Children's Pastor
Heather began attending shortly after TLC's foundation and had a radical born-again experience before joining the pastoral staff. She ministers out of sincerity and purity, stirring the heart, breaking down walls and challenging the routine of complacency in her audience. She is a bold prophet, speaking God's timely direction and vision for the body of Christ today. Heather has the knack of recognizing children's hunger for the "real" and nurtures and cultivates their individual gifts. Her personal victories combined with her Bachelors in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Rehabilitation make her a valuable asset and advocate. Heather has two children, Dakotah and Abigail and a granddaughter,
Christy Henry - Pastoral Administrative Assistant/
Christy has served on staff with TLC for 21 years and holds a great gifting in administrative helps with a valuable sense of kingdom stewardship. She is devoted to serving Christ and every avenue of ministry, holding in high regard the needs of all. She is a single mom to daughters Autumn and Kayli and considers herself to be their biggest cheerleader.
