Leadership

Rhonda co-founded TLC and is Lead Pastor with over 45 years of ministry experience. She is gifted in connect generations together for the work of the Kingdom of God. She has two children and five granddaughters. Rhonda's passion is to create an atmosphere of worship that touches the heart of God and moves all to experience and know Jesus personally. Her teaching is rooted deeply in scripture and encourages revival.

Brendon serves as Associate Pastor. Along with his pastoral duties, he is the owner of Lee Dirt Works. He ministers with a practical style, appealing to every generation. His marriage to his wife of over 30 years inspires him to actively encourage men to embrace their purpose and calling within their families and the body of Christ.  Brendon has four children and eight grandchildren.

Heather's own redemption story paired with her God given wisdom and a bachelors in Human Resources Counseling with a speciality in Rehabilitation and a minor in Phycology has made her a valuable asset through counseling and teaching. She has two children as well as a granddaughter. Heather also has a gifting with the youngest generation, led by her desire to honor the Lord. She advocates for their freedom and extends an invitation for them to take their place.

Jared is the pastor over TLC's Young Adult Community with a gifting in evangelizing and building bridges with people of all backgrounds.  Jared and his wife, Courtney, have a heart to see young adults changed through encountering Jesus.  Together they are a part of the TLC worship team and desire to lavish God in praise. Jared and Courtney have four daughters, leading them to emphasize God's design for families throughout their ministry and encouraging young adults in every stage of transition.

Landon is the Youth Pastor of ELEV8 Youth. He has served in many fields of ministry including the worship team. He and his wife have one daughter and one son. Landon uses his personal gratitude to lead his ministry and is gifted in shepherding those around him. Landon delights in moving God's heart and making God's word tangible to its readers, inspiring lasting change in people and glory to the man Jesus.

Hailey serves along side her husband as Youth Pastor of ELEV8 Youth. Hailey also serves as Creative Pastor, lending her creativity to modern ways of outreach. She has two children with her husband, Landon. Hailey's gifting in hospitality and teaching  drive her desire to practically equip people to answer God's call to lead a lifestyle of true repentance and see themselves rightly as  sons and daughters.

Christy has served on staff with TLC for over 20 years.  She holds a great gifting in administration with a valuable sense of kingdom stewardship. Christy has two daughters. She is devoted to serving Christ in every avenue of ministry with a godly awareness of the needs around her.
