Isaiah 60:1 — “Arise, shine; for your light has come…”
In times of darkness, the Church is called not to shrink back, but to shine brighter. Christ’s light in us is meant to be seen — bringing hope, truth, and love into a hurting world.
Lord, we ask You to awaken Your Church. Help us rise with courage and shine the light of Christ boldly in this generation. Remove fear and hesitation, and let Your glory be revealed through us. May our words and actions draw people to Jesus, the true Light of the world. Father, break off the spirit of timidity and replace it with holy boldness. Let the Church not be silent in the face of evil, but speak the truth in love. Empower us with the fire of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the gospel without compromise.
Lord, may our light not be hidden under fear or distraction, but lifted high to push back the darkness. Use us as vessels of healing, hope, and truth in every community. In Jesus Name, Amen
